PFN – The Irenaut Seeking Submissions on: Indigenous Peoples and Pathways to Peace

March 31, 2025 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As we approach the release of our Autumn issue—where our contributors delve into the theme of Women and Peace—we’re thrilled to announce the focus of our next edition: Indigenous Peoples and Pathways to Peace.

In a world grappling with environmental and social crises, Indigenous knowledge systems, rooted in harmony with nature and community, offer invaluable perspectives. Despite centuries of marginalisation, these ways of knowing hold profound truths and solutions urgently needed today.

We invite writers, poets, scholars, journalists, thinkers, and artists of all disciplines to share their insights and creativity on this vital topic. Let’s honour and amplify these voices as we envision a more peaceful, sustainable future together.

How to make a submission:

While Indigenous Peoples and Pathways to Peace is the special focus of the Spring issue, submissions on other topics will be considered on their own merits. The closing date for submitting a summary (up to 300 words) is 31st March 2025 and your full contribution should reach us by 30th April 2025. Please address any queries to Mark-Alec or Nick at info@theirenaut.com.
