F – Call for Submissions to Blink-Ink. Theme: Money
“Money”
Money. Is it the root of all evil or a reward for solving problems? If you build a better mousetrap will money beat a path to your door? Joan Rivers said, “ Money isn’t the key to happiness but I always figured that with enough money, you could have a key made.” Send us your best unpublished stories of approximately 50 words, about Money.
Send your best stories of approximately 50 words in the body of an email to blinkinkinfo@gmail.com. No attachments or bios please. We love poetry but do not publish it.
What we love most is writing that has found that preternatural detail of thought or thing that cracks the story open and allows it to matter or to reveal a truth.
Nearly all of our issues are themed and guidelines specific to the current theme along with opening and closing dates for submissions to those issues will appear here on our website, on our Facebook page and in New Pages and Duotrope.
We want your best, original and unpublished work and will consider up to four stories at any one time. We do reply personally to every submission and every query. We aim to treat you right.
Sometimes we wish to make small changes in a piece we want to publish but will never do that without consulting you— with one exception: If you have offset the final line of a piece for no good reason, we will put it back in the body of the piece where it belongs.
