PFN – 86 Logic: A Celebration of Artists from the Hospitality Industry Seeks Submissions for Issue #10
86 Logic is a quarterly magazine representing artists with roots in the hospitality industry. It is made up of a team of veteran bartenders, servers, and hosts who love discovering how art and hospitality intersect. Submissions are open to anyone who has worked in the industry—restaurants, bars, and hotels, to name a few.
We pride ourselves in having an easy submission process. Unlike most publications, printed or otherwise, we have no restrictions on file type, size of submission (though our ‘zine is only so big), or on the type of work submitted. We feel this keeps us open to all printable genres.
Currently we are accepting any and all forms of work including but not limited to stories, poems and non-fiction for our print magazine that explores, promotes, and celebrates artists with roots in the hospitality industry.
You must have worked in the hospitality industry — restaurants, bars, hotels, etc. — at some point in your life.
Submission Guidelines are simple. There are none. Show us what you have, however you have it. If we like it, we’ll work with you to get it suitable for publication. We very likely won’t publish your 85 page novella, but we might use some of it.
Each selected submitter will receive a copy* of the issue featuring their work. Unfortunately, we are unable to monetarily compensate artists at this time.
*International contributors will receive digital versions
