PFN – Boudin: The Online Home of The McNeese Review Seeking Submissions about: Workplace Woes and Wounds
SEPTEMBER (Workplace Woes and Wounds)
We want CNF, fiction, poetry, and hybrid work inspired by the darkest daydreams you’ve ever had in a cubicle: putting rat poison in the watercooler; defending the break room from zombies; throwing your boss out the window; providing IT support for a despotic regime. We’re open to any genre from literary fiction to horror, as long as it’s well-written, smart, and set in an office building. Surprise us with the creativity borne of corporate mundanity; subvert the institutions and hierarchies we take for granted.
Email your work to boudin@mcneese.edu by August 31st, 2024. No fee! Aim to keep the fiction/CNF under 5,000 or so words. You may submit up to three poems/microfictions (under 500 words).
