We love weird and experimental stuff (not specifically in the content or subject matter, but more so in the playfulness of form).<\/li>\n<li>We don\u2019t publish the same writer in consecutive issues.<\/li>\n<li>Simultaneous submissions are fine with us! In our experience this often makes the piece stronger.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We aim to publish high quality, thought-provoking, literary fiction and creative nonfiction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Unless your piece purposefully breaks form conventions (which we are all for!) it should be professionally formatted with proper punctuation, indented paragraphs, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>We do not publish genre fiction (fantasy, horror, sci-fi, mystery, romance, etc.), articles, academic essays, writing for children or YA<\/strong>, so please don\u2019t send them to us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Hybrid\/Experimental<\/h2>\n<p>Have a piece that\u2019s not easily categorized? Experimenting with a new form?
