With modern day feminism being so multi-faceted, we&#8217;ve seen many new waves of feminism taking off in corners of the internet. From dissociative feminism to girl-boss feminism, new subsets of the movement have been rising rapidly on social media. It&#8217;s left many of us wondering, where does the feminist movement go from here? Is one form of feminism supposed to bring us more liberation than another? \u00a0Musing Publications wants to hear how you&#8217;re dissecting your own place in the movement in the age of social media.<\/p>\n<p>We want your poetry, short stories, visual art, photography, essays &#8211; any medium you choose to express yourself in is welcome! \u00a0For poetry submissions, please submit up to\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-5m c1-5n c1-b c1-9z c1-2s c1-4z c1-a0\">three poems<\/strong>. For art or photography, please submit up to\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-5m c1-5n c1-b c1-9z c1-2s c1-4z c1-a0\">five pieces<\/strong>. Short stories should be\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-5m c1-5n c1-b c1-9z c1-2s c1-4z c1-a0\">2000 words or less<\/strong>\u00a0and essays should be\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-5m c1-5n c1-b c1-9z c1-2s c1-4z c1-a0\">1000 words or less<\/strong>. Fees for all submissions to the magazine are $3.<\/p>\n<p>Our magazine is released quarterly, with the inaugural edition set to release in fall of 2022. We are accepting submissions for this quarter&#8217;s magazine until September 15th, 2022. All contributors accepted to this edition will receive 2 copies of the zine once it has been printed.
