We are especially interested in underrepresented voices of all kinds, and we want to see submissions from writers and artists of all races, sexualities, nationalities, religions, and genders, as well as disabled and neurodivergent creators. Genre fiction submissions are welcome, particularly speculative fiction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All written submissions should be saved in .docx or .doc format with contact information and the work\u2019s title and word count in the document.<\/li>\n<li>We are all writers and artists, so simultaneous submissions are encouraged, but\u00a0<strong>please\u00a0<\/strong>let us know\u00a0<strong>immediately\u00a0<\/strong>if it has been accepted elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li>Previously published work will\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0be considered, and\u00a0<strong>this includes work published on social media and personal websites<\/strong>. If it is available publicly online it has been published.<\/li>\n<li>Please submit to\u00a0<strong>only one written category,<\/strong>\u00a0and please\u00a0<strong>wait two months from your response\u00a0<\/strong>to send us more written work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Fiction and Nonfiction<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>There is no strict word count, although we most frequently publish \u00a0fiction and non-fiction between 500-5,000 words. For regular submissions \u00a0we accept up to three prose submissions per author as long as the total number of words is less than 7,500.
