For our next issue, #31 SUBSCRIBE,\u00a0<em>The Suburban Review<\/em>\u00a0wants to know what compels you to rush to the mailbox, turn on your notifications, or put your money on the line.<\/p>\n<p>Send us binge-worthy fiction, literary essays that are bound to spark a cult following, and poems that\u2019ll have us signing on for a sequel.<\/p>\n<p>Submissions are open until 11:59 p.m. (AEDT)\u00a0<strong>Wednesday 9 August<\/strong>\u00a02023!<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Guidelines<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><em>The Suburban Review<\/em> accepts previously unpublished work. We allow simultaneous submissions. If it\u2019s been accepted elsewhere just log into Submittable and hit withdraw. We only allow one submission per person (that means you need to choose if you want to submit fiction, non-fiction, or poetry). To submit poetry (that\u2019s a maximum of 3 poems), make sure all the poems are in a single document.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FICTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2000-2500 words\u2014no more than that!
