Your formatting is important! A professional presentation could mean the difference between publication and the dreaded rejection letter. The Writer’s Workout accepts submissions formatted to industry standard:\u00a0Chicago Manual of Style (CMS)<\/span><\/a>\u00a0with slight alterations, depending on when they’ve last updated their system. Each call includes the same general submissions information listed below. Check the individual page for information on rights, simultaneous submissions, and previously published works.<\/p>\n

The Writer’s Workout accepts\u00a0.doc, .docx, and .odt<\/span><\/p>\n

Live, unlocked Google Docs or Microsoft Word links are accepted via email. Set your document permissions to “anyone with the link can [comment or edit]” so we can collect it.\u00a0We will not request access and we are not responsible for locked docs.<\/span><\/p>\n

All submissions accepted via email (submissions [at] writersworkout [dot] net) and Dropbox.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most submissions also accepted via Duosuma, where linked.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Some calls accept simultaneous submissions or previously published works. Please check the associated page for details.<\/span><\/p>\n
