Theme &#8220;Abandon Time&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Issue #3 of\u00a0<em>Abandon Journal<\/em>\u00a0is open for submissions until 11\/30\/21. The theme is &#8220;Abandon Time&#8221; (interpret that as you wish). No fees for general subs. Accepting just about anything, as long as it is created with abandon, and we pay our contributors. See\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/abandonjournal.com\/submissions\/?utm_source=newpages&amp;utm_medium=classified&amp;utm_campaign=i3_abandon_time_cfs&amp;utm_content=abandon_journal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abandonjournal.com\/submissions<\/a>\u00a0for full guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>We want to showcase writing and artwork that has been created with abandon.\u00a0That term is free to be interpreted liberally, but ideally it is the kind of work that takes risks, created in a space wherein the artist doesn\u2019t care what anyone else thinks or what everyone else is doing. This means that we\u2019re open to so-called \u201cgenre fiction,\u201d from mystery to sci-fi to romance to fantasy to horror to whatever strikes your fancy.
