Own voices only, please.<\/h4>\n<p><strong>We are looking for<\/strong>\u00a0honest pieces reflecting on resistance, either internal or external, how your ancestors may have resisted, or musings on alternate universes where people are given the space and abundance to come as they are without having to resist or face adversity. We are looking for pieces that honor your experience, honor your journey, imagine the absence of otherization, and\/or aid in communal healing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are not looking for<\/strong>\u00a0graphic or traumatic stories or dark fictional pieces written for shock value. We do not require that you center your or your relations\u2019 traumas. And we are not interested in the single story of harm and suffering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submissions are open and will close when we have reached 100 pages of content or January 1, 2024, whichever comes first.<\/strong>\u00a0To submit,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdjbi-xhK2VjbuZd908stZ5ZyYqTcQU-PfMW1gb-uOIn_S2_w\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fill out our\u00a0submission form<\/a>\u00a0(one piece per entry in the form).
