Submission guidelines<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All submissions should be previously unpublished.<\/p>\n

We welcome all forms of non-fiction: personal essay, memoir, reportage, travel writing, auto-fiction, and the writing that falls in between.<\/p>\n

Our guideline word count for work is 2,000\u20134,000 words.<\/p>\n

Submissions should be in one .doc, .docx or PDF attachment and double-spaced.<\/p>\n

We are happy to consider simultaneous submissions but ask that you notify us should your work be accepted elsewhere.<\/p>\n

We offer contributors a flat fee of \u200e\u200e\u20ac500, which we pay prior to publication. Contributors also receive a copy of the issue in which their work is featured.<\/p>\n

We only accept submissions through our website.<\/p>\n

We publish work by Irish and international writers.<\/p>\n

For practical and economic reasons, we discourage the use of images unless integral to a piece of writing.<\/p>\n

We encourage submissions from writers who are underrepresented in the arts, due to their socio-economic background, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability.<\/p>\n

All submissions will be closely read but, due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to offer individual feedback. We aim to provide a response within three months of the closing date.<\/p>\n
