Whether you have observed the annual migrations of birds, amphibians, fish, reptiles, mammals, or the temporary or permanent geographical dislocations of people, send us work that has moved you to commemorate these journeys.<\/p>\n<p>You may submit work to Amsterdam Quarterly at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:submissions@amsterdamquarterly.org\">submissions@amsterdamquarterly.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Work must be previously unpublished and submitted in a recent Microsoft Word file format. (Self-published work is considered as published). Poems should be no longer than\u00a0<strong>two<\/strong>\u00a0A4 pages; articles, fiction, essays and other prose, no more than 3,000 words. Artwork and photography files should be no larger than one megabyte (1MB).\u00a0<strong>Submit no more than\u00a0two\u00a0pieces<\/strong>\u00a0(for example, two poems or one poem and one short story)\u00a0<strong>per person per reading period<\/strong>.
