(We Are Resilient).\u00a0<br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.valiantscribe.com\/submit\">Issue V will focus on resilience in the face of war or its aftermath<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_15 wixui-rich-text__text\">We welcome submissions of previously unpublished fiction, non-fiction prose, and poetry. Each person can submit up to 5 poems, and the word count limit per prose piece is 3,000 words.\u00a0<br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/>Submissions should be in English. Submissions in other languages are also welcome but should be accompanied by an English translation.<br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/>Only digital submissions are accepted. Kindly indicate &#8220;Issue V&#8221; in the subject line of your e-mail. Please send a\u00a0single Word document attachment containing*\u00a0a\u00a0brief cover letter with your name, 100-word third-person bio, and submission(s)\u00a0to\u00a0<a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"mailto:contactvaliantscribe@gmail.com\" data-auto-recognition=\"true\">contactvaliantscribe@gmail.com<\/a>.\u00a0<br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/>*Please note that everything about your submission should be in a single Word document. An introductory note in the body of your e-mail is welcome but not required.
