The focus of our summer 2022 journal will be:<\/p>\n

GARDENING: AN INSTRUMENT OF GRACE<\/strong><\/span>

Still Point Arts Quarterly<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0is now accepting writing submissions (fiction, creative non-fiction, essays, poetry; 5000 words maximum) on the theme\u00a0GARDENING<\/strong>.
\nThe deadline for writing submissions is\u00a0April 1, 2022.\u00a0<\/strong>Accepted work will be published in the summer 2022 issue of\u00a0Still Point Arts Quarterly<\/strong><\/em><\/a>. Writers whose work is accepted will be notified sometime in the months of April and May 2022.<\/p>\n

General Guidelines and Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Please \u00a0do not email or call us to ask about the review process or results. We \u00a0will email you when we have made a decision regarding your submission.<\/li>\n
  2. If \u00a0we decide to publish your work, we will send a writing agreement for \u00a0your review and signature. Typically we ask for one-time print and digital rights. You may republish your work at any time.<\/li>\n
  3. If \u00a0we decide to publish your work, we will request a \u00a0short biography.<\/li>\n
  4. Please know that we typically receive well over 100 poetry submissions, and we accept between 5 and 8. To keep things somewhat orderly,\u00a0please submit no more than two poems<\/strong>; choose your two best poems for the topic.<\/li>\n
  5. We do accept reprints.<\/li>\n
  6. If we have published your work previously, we have no waiting period for submitting work again. We’ll gladly accept good writing whenever we receive it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
