We want contributors to explore every facet of our themes, really getting in between the cracks, in the corners, all the forgotten places that no one ever thinks to explore.
We are looking for pieces of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry that portray the writer's interpretation of purgatory.
We seek work that actively pushes boundaries, that forces us to question traditions and tastes.
Three prizes of $1,000 each and publication in Briar Cliff Review are given annually for a poem, a short story, and an essay.
